Cititour Review:
A bustling restaurant in Spanish Harlem where the roasted chicken is king. A whole bird sells for just eight bucks. Add some rice and beans and fried plaintains and you have a dinner for three for under $20. Can't beat that in New York. The also have some excellent homemade stews.
