This seasonal American restaurant at Hudson Yards offers stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel. Electric Lemon also promises healthy approach to cooking using "pristine products." A spraqwling 8,000 square foot terrace offers sweeping views off Manhattan and is perfect for cocktaisl and socializing. It also has its own herb garden. Executive Chef Kyle Knall has created a menu that will offer the nourishment combined with seasonality. Look for dishes like Marinated Razor Clams with pickled carrot and cilantro broth; Somewhat Simple Salad with seven different vegetables, sunflower seeds, and lemon vinaigrette; Hay Roasted Oysters with cider-soaked hay, shallot vinegar and salsify; Whole Roasted Trout with green things from the garden, shallots and celery broth; and Pasture-Raised Chicken with peach salad. Cocktails also rely on fresh ingredients, including signature Electric Gibson (bertha’s revenge gin, dill aquavit, brined chive flower ); Peas Go (capurro acholado pisco, sweet pea shrub, prosecco); and chef-inspired Kyle Knall, Y’all (mezcal noble coyote espadín, xila ancho, sorrel, sal de gusano).
