Famed chef Francois Payard and chef Danny Brown, formerly of Charc, are teaming up at Estuary at the ONE°15 Marina in Brooklyn Heights. The restaurant, with waterfront views, is offering dining indoors as well as on an outdoor terrace. Look for dishes like Maine Diver Scallops with a leek fondue, Frito Misto with scallops, shrimp, calamari, oysters & clams, Hanger Steak Frites with chimi churi, and Grilled Branzino with shaved fennel and baby greens.
