Cititour Review:

Good things really do come in small packages.

I'm reminded of that by my trip to Eton in Carroll Gardens.  This tiny spot on Sackett Street (just off Smith) is serving up pan seared dumplings (5 for $3.75).  Tiny pouches filled with rich flavors like chicken with shitake mushrooms; vegetables, lentils and tofu and traditional pork, beef and cabbage.  Dip them in an assortment of different sauces ranging from a fiery hot chili oil to plum sauce and ginger vinegar.

Or better yet, opt for a steamed pork bun ($2 ea).  They are tiny bits of heaven with pulled pork smothered in their homemade BBQ sauce with a slice of pickle packed into a steamed bun.  Simply delicious.

The restaurant also sells bubble tea with tapioca pearls ($4) and shaved ice in flavors like passion fruit, blueberry and cotton candy.
