Alpha Dominche has arrived in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The Alpha Dominche Extraction Lab at Industry City is the first NYC shop to focus equally on craft brewed coffee and tea from all over the world, and will allow guests to choose between regions, cultivars, brands, roasters, processing methods and more. It's also among the most expensive with one cup of coffee reportedly selling for $18. The Extraction Lab will rotate its selection of 10-15 coffee roasters regularly, and up to 50 tea brands will be on display at any given time. Guests can also view the entire brewing process.
