Faro, in Bushwick, is well known for its pasta. The Michelin-starred restaurant, led by chef Kevin Adey, is cooking up some mouth-watering dishes like Agnolotti with Crab, Bucatini with Chicken Confit (a signature dish), and Candele Pasta with Lamb. In fact, Adey has more than 100 different pastas in his repertoire, including regional varieties rarely found outside of Italy.
