Flats Fix Taco & Tequila Bar, at first glance, looks like a tire repair shop with tires stacked up by the front door. Inside is a dimly lit bar with a few tables inside and out. Cocktails include tall margaritas. There is lots of beer and loud conversation. Tacos, burritos and Mexican sandwiches or tortas are served. Tacos sell for 3 for $13, and range from traditional (carnitas, poblano chicken and fish) to trendier versions (house smoked pastrami, slow cooked brisket and roasted Long Island duck). If you've never had a duck taco with mango glaze, pico de gallo, and avocado, you don't know what you are missing. We also counted at least seven different tequilas on the menu. Service is friendly.
