Flippers... the Tokyo import known for its fluffy pancakes... has landed on West Broadway near Canal Street in SoHo.  The signature dish is the Strawberry flipper with fresh strawberries layered between two pancakes and topped with strawberry cream. Blueberry Cream, Lemon Ricotta and Matcha pancakes are also available along with parfaits and Eggs Benedict. The soufflé pancakes also come with instructions. Using two forks, poke the center, pull apart and enjoy.
