Asparagus stalks, first soaked in lemon, salt and water. Baked with truffle oil, butter and parmigiano.

meat & dairy free. served with a dusting of shaved nutmeg on top.

with candied walnuts, gorgonzola dolce and truffle vinaigrette. (usually can add sliced pears for $2 more)

filet of cod, served with arugula salad, roasted red and yellow peppers, roasted garlic and roasted eggplant. drizzled with white truffle oil.

RAVIOLI with PORCINI and POTATO 17.95
handmade ravioli stuffed with a blend of porcini mushroom and potato, served in a butter, sage, and truffle oil sauce, and topped with grated parmigiano.

SPINACH GNOCCHI POMODORO 14.95
just like Uncle Tony's gnocchi except also rolled with spinach. served in a tomato & basil sauce and topped with grated parmigiano.

TAGLIATA TOSCANA 17.95
pan-seared tuscan-style marinated skirt steak. once plated, the steak is thinly sliced (tagliata means "sliced"), served with arugula and dressed with aged balsamic vinegar.
