Frankie Goes to Bollywood is bringing Indian street foods to SoHo. Located on Spring Street near 6th Avenue, the restaurant, led by Yasir Chaudhry, is offering both vegetarian and meat dishes wrapped in freshly prepared flatbreads. There is the Awesome Aloo, a cauliflower-potato hash with chickpeas and tamarind chutney. Bangin’ Bharta features eggplant curry with zucchini and cucumber. Totally Tikka mixes grilled chicken and sweet peppers with a tomato fenugreek curry, while the Rad Rogan combines braised lamb with cucumber in a Kashmiri yogurt curry. Traditional drinks, like a mango lasso, are offered, along with Bombay Beignets for dessert filled with spiced rice pudding.
