Friedman's is debuting a new restaurant called Friedman's Kitchen + Bar at the Pearl Hotel in the heart of the Theater District. Chef Linda Japngie is paying homage to home cooking with dishes like Friedman's Famous Chicken & Cheddar Waffle, Ma's Old School Meatballs and specials like a $20 Burger & Beer. Weekend brunch brings Avacado Toast on rustic bread and Cheese Blintzes with ricotta and strawberry compote. A more expansive beer and wine program is also offered, along with non-alcoholic options including La Colombe Coffee and Harney & Sons tea.
