Friedmans at the Edison Hotel is the place to go when you are looking for a home -cooked meal in the heart of the Theater District. While the space is quite elegant with towering columns and a ballroom feel, the menu is down to earth with meatloaf and mashed potatoes, fried chicken with cheddar waffles (also available as a sandwich), and the Friedmans burger with tasty herb fries.
