Gramercy Kitchen now occupies the old Gramercy Cafe space and is staying true to its diner roots while offering some modern flair. The 70-seat restaurant features an open-air kitchen overlooking an expansive counter with restored wood and exposed brick. The menu ofeatures elevated diner classics like Disco Short Ribs with seasoned fries topped with cheese curds and gravy; Chicken & Waffles with a balsamic syrup; Roast Beef French Dip Sandwich and a Rutherford Burger with bacon, lettuce and tomato with blue cheese dressing. Breakfast brings Apples & Cream French Toast, Pastrami Hash & Eggs, Avocado Toast and a nice selection of omelettes.
