Chef Yeong Gon Kim (of Kang Suh) has developed a menu at Grand Seoul centered on classic and premium cuts of meat cooked on Daewoo grills imported from Korea. Look for cuts like USDA Prime Wagyu Beef, Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye, Marinated Short Ribs and Premium Pork Belly. Duck, shrimp and vegetarian options are also available along with seasonally curated banchans (side dishes). House specialties include Jeyuk Togu Kimchi Bokkeum (Stir-fried Tender Pork and Kimchi served with Boiled Tofu ), Yook Hwe (Shredded Raw Beef, Yolk, Vegetables with Special Sauce ), and Eel Gui (Grilled Eel). To complement the traditional Korean BBQ menu, Somaek Towers (a combination of beer and soju) are also being offered tableside in playful glowing dispensers. A selection of Korea’s most popular beer, wine and soju is also available.
