Restaurant Menu

“Tonsoku” or ÆÚÂ¥¡¡is Japanese for “pied de cochon”, translated literally into English as “pig’s feet.” The image created by the English vernacular is so far from the Japanese fusion dishes our chef/owner Himi Okajima makes, we would just like you to call his food, and our restaurant “tonsoku” and let the adventures begin.
