Foods inspired by the Mediterranean coast can now be found in Bed-Stuy. Hart's, run by Nick Perkins, formerly on Marlow & Sons, and Nialls Fallon, the former owner of Maiden Lane, have landed on Franklin Avenue with a neighborhood spot complete with bar and communal table. Offerings include clam toast with pancetta, pork Milanese with fennel and pickled peppers, as well as a grass-fed lamb burger with arugula and anchovies. An assortment of cocktails, beers and wines are also available.
