Harvey is an American bistro at The Williamsburg Hotel serving up health conscious foods in a stylish atmosphere with full bar and seating for more than 100 guests. Chef Kevin Chun, formerly of The Soho House and Macao Trading Company, is focusing on local meats, fish and produce. Dinner includes dishes like burrata with apple, filet mignon with crab-meat stuffed zucchini flowers and a selection of pizzas. Breakfast brings hashbrown sandwiches and a smoked salmon scramble. Harvey is open daily for breakfast and dinner, with high tea service offered on weekends.
