Honeybrains now has a location in Flatiron. The restaurant, which uses neuroscience to develop food that nourish the mind and body, is using select ingredients that taste good and are good for you. They include fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains and foods high in Omega 3s, as well as herbs, spices and natural sweeteners. Look for dishes like Power Oatmeal with raw wildflower honey; Honey Tahini Toast, Rice Bowls with choice of chicken, fish, steak and roasted cauliflower; along with salads and sandwiches. At Honeybrains' signature “Brain Bar,” coffee and tea drinks are made with raw honey. The space, which boasts a honeycomb ceiling, offers both table and counter service.
