Opened in 2013 by chef Huascar Aquino (Winner of Food Network's Cupcake Wars), this tiny shop is turning out small batch cupcakes that are BIG on flavor. They are also very beautiful, like the Confetti cupcake topped with a rainbow butter cream, or the one-of-a-kind Watermelon Mint-Berry cupcake (Summer only) made with a watermelon-mint cake, blueberry lemon frosting, blueberry coulis, candied lemon zest and fresh blueberry. If glitz and glam are your thing, go with the Berry Champagne cupcake. It's made with pink champagne cake infused with fresh strawberry, and topped with a vanilla bean, pink champagne icing. Golden sprinkles and tiny hearts finish off this amazing cupcake. Huascar & Co. also offers cookies, brownies, cream puffs and mason jar cheesecakes, along with gluten-free desserts. You won't be disappointed.
