The retro diner is back at Hudson & Charles Dinette in the West Village. And being that's its attached to a butcher shop, you can expect to find quality meats with prices that won't bust the budget. Look for dishes like the Foxy Burger with kimchee, landaff cheese, bacon and aioli; borscht sausage, pork chops with charred fennel, and the Steak of the Day. Desserts bring apple-chai pie and chocolate peppermint mousse pie.
