Hudson Jane is an all-day cafe, restaurant and wine bar with a new take on American comfort foods. Think Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Curds, Chicken Skin "Chips" & Guac, and house-made Tots with HJ sauce. Chef Megan Johnson, formerly of Gramercy Tavern & Casellula, is preparing sandwiches like The Molinaro made with Red Farm coppa, Molinari Toscano salame, house-made Canadian bacon, provolone, pepperoncini peppers, lettuce and Italian dressing on a Roman-style bun. Dinner brings oxtail with green olives, and Spring Chicken & Dumplings served with a cheddar biscuit and garlic scrapes. Wines from Europe and the U.S. are being offered along with craft beers. Solid white oak tabletops and floors, and a Carrera marble bar top, provide the backdrop for some stunning dishes. Gratuity included. See more
