Kansas City BBQ can now be found in Hell's Kitchen. Jax B-B-Q, by pitmaster Nick Accardi, is located on Ninth Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets. The restaurant is offering wood smoked barbecue cooked low 'n slow on site along with craft burgers. There's a full bar with an assortment of beers on tap along as well as mixed drinks. The space has a nice honkytonk vibe with leather booths, lots of exposed wood and metal elements. Just look for the old Mobil Pegasus sign. Time to fire up the grill!
