Details:

Kawi at Hudson Yards is a fine dining establishment from Momofuku founder David Chang and executive chef Eunjo “Jo” Park, reflecting her time spent cooking in Korea. Look for dishes like Fried Cod & Yuzu, Sweet & Sour Ribs, Cured Fluke with lemon dashi & chive, and Raw Clams with chili & sofrito. There are noodle dishes, including one with a Wagyu ragu, and Oxtail & Short Rib Stew with sweet potato and habanero. The restaurant also has a full bar. Cocktails linclude Rock Paper Scissors (sake, ginger-fino, salted apple) and KTOWN Cowboy (mezcal, black-walnut, cherry, coyote bitters). Kawi, by the way, is a play on the word "gawi" which means "scissors" in Korean.
