Hiding in plain sight on New York's Upper East Side is Keys & Heels, a sophisticated lounge with a true speakeasy feel. From the street, the shop appears to be a rundown locksmith and shoe repair shop, while inside visitors will discover a space filled with plush seating, exposed brick and intimate vintage lights.
Elevated bar bites are served, including house-made focaccia with ricotta and honey, pigs in a blanket, salmon tartare cones, mini tacos and Key's Panini with pulled pork, mozzarella and arugula. Food is paired with fruit-forward cocktails like the Keys Spritz Bomb with Alb Vodka, guava nectar, Starlino Appertivo and prosecco; and the Pretty Little Psycho with Tanteo Habarnero-infused tequila, raspberry liqueur, fresh lime juice and agave.
Keys & Heels is currently open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to late night, and is also available for private events. Reservations for the coming weekend go live every Tuesday. Walk-ins are also welcome. >>
