Details:

King Co Imperial, a popular dim sum spot in Williamsburg, now has a second location on the Lower East Side. Executive chef and co-owner Josh Grinker is serving an assortment of new and signature dishes. Grinker and co-owner Tracy Jane Young are using their extensive travels to China for inspiration. On the menu, look for things like Salt Steamed Veal Ribs with red lantern chilies and wok-fired salt; Crispy Whole Mandarin Fish with a choice of spicy Sichuan or sweet & pungent sauce; and hand-rolled Chicken Wontons with Sesame Sauce. Also on the menu, a Pu Pu Platter with an assortment of shareable BBQ plates and small bites. Tiki-inspired drinks with names like Donnie Yen's Kick and Ming River Mantis are also available. An arched-ceiling and antique design elements, including wooden booths, give the space a laid back, rustic feel. See more
