Cititour Review:

Ducks hanging in the window are usually a good sign that what lies ahead is a true Chinese experience.  Everything we tasted at Kings Kitchen in Dyker Heights was amazing, from succulent duck prepared in front of you to roasted pig with crispy skin, and BBQ-style roast pork.  We took out three plates, served with rice and sauteed greens, for under 15 bucks.  It is quite a steal and makes for a great meal.

The restaurant is also known for its rice casseroles ($6-$8) served in a clay pot.  The casseroles come with all sorts of fillings, ranging poached egg & beef to pork knuckles, frog and yellow eel.   Steamed rice rolls ($3-$5) come filled with things like shredded duck, roast pork, dried shrimp, Shumai and even beef navel.   An assortment of congee and noodle soups are also available.

Drawbacks include a long wait during peak hours and cramped seating.  But it's really all about the food here.  Get there early before the duck is sold out!
