With poke on a roll, sushi restaurants are coming up with some novel ideas to draw in customers. Kyoto Sushi in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn is offering a "Sushi Sandwich." It is served as four wedges that you eat like a sandwich. It's made with eel, salmon, avocado and crunch in a tidy pink sushi wrapper. Kyoto also offers an assortment of rolls, hand rolls, tempura, teriyaki and hibachi dishes. Beer and sake are also sold. Eat in or take out.
