The arepas are truly wonderful, including one made with avocado, queso and garlic aioli. You can also get them with a choice of meat, chicken or egg. The ceviche mixto arrived with plump shrimp and mixed seafood in a citrus sauce, perfect for sopping up with some cassava bread. Hanger Steak is topped with potato crisps for crunch and arrives on a brioche bun.
