La Sirena is serving up style and elegance at the Maritime Hotel. Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich are the forces behind this dining experience that brings the indoors outdoors. Italian specialties spring forward with dishes like crispy soft shell crab, short rib carpaccio, fried rabbit and meatballs with escarole. Hand-rolled spaghetti gets matched up with fresh sausage while ravioli is filled with pancetta, tomato and pecorino.
