Details: Lamia’s Fish Market is now open in the Alphabet City. Think seafood, Greek and Mediterranean with an eclectic twist. You might even encounter a mermaid. The upscale spot is featuring dishes like Scallop Carpaccio with preserved lemon, aleppo pepper, serrano chilis, black lava salt and honey powder; Fluke and Blood Orange Crudo with pomegranate seeds, radish, malon and a blood orange dressing; Prawns sauteed in garlic and chili oil; Grilled Octopus with potato pancake, romesco, black garlic puree and spring onions; and Blue Crab Salad with cucumber, lime and avocado mousse.
