Los Tacos No.1 might just be the closest thing you'll get to a true Mexican taqueria and you will find it in the heart of the Theater District. Simple ingredients based off of family recipes deliver true flavor.  Mexican street foods like tacos and quesadillas are served with a choice of four fillings; carne asada, pollo asada, adobada and nopal (cactus). Each is topped with fresh guacamole, onions, cilantro and salsa. Several types of hot sauce and chilies are also offered. There are no tables here. Instead, diners stand at counters in a lively and somewhat boisterous setting. The tacos are fantastico!
