Le Jardinier, the Michelin-Starred restaurant from Chef Alain Verzeroli and The Bastion Collection, in Midtown East is known for its lush setting and seasonal menu made with sustainable ingredients and fresh herbs. The light-filled space with lots of greenery is meant to evoke the serenity of a modern greenhouse. The kitchen is led by Verzeroli, the restaurants culinary director, as well as Adrew Ayala, the Chef de Cuisine and Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone.

The menu features dishes such as Hicories with Satsuma Mandarins, Root Vegetables, and Black Truffle Vinaigrette; Heirloom Beets with Heart of Palm & Coconut, Clementines, and Mint Oil; Maine Scallops with Celeriac & Brown Butter, and Yuzu Vinaigrette; Montauk Bass with Charred Sweet Potato, Lemongrass, and Broccolini; Green Circle Chicken wiht Cauliflower, Glazed Pearl Onions, Wild Mushrooms; and Bavette Au Jus, Brussels Sprouts, Horseradish & Kohlrabi Mousse.

Desserts bring Valrhona Guanaja Dark Chocol Ate Crémeux with Salty Caramel Sabayon;  The Butterfly with Yuzu Delicate Mousse and Raspberry Compote, and Pistachio Sablé; "The Big Apple" Caramelized Apple with Calvados Cream, Cranberry Sauce, and Cinnamon Crumble; among others. >>
