Little Forno is a tiny spot making a big impact with its food and goes way beyond what you would expect from a neighborhood restaurant. The menu, which leans Italian, is offering dishes like Foie Gras Torchon with strawberry sherry jam, Arancini with piquillo pepper, capers & honey, and Butternut Squash Soup with ricotta & crostini. Larger plates bring Duck Breast with farro & sweet potato puree, Fusilli with pork ragu, and Flatiron Steak with cipollini onions, celery root puree & gremolata. Little Forno also offers a full weekend brunch featuring things like Chicken & Waffle with chili honey, Frittata with Tuscan kale, and an oversized burger with bacon jam and crispy fingerling potatoes which is quite good! Because the place is tight, it's best to make a reservation, especially on weekends. Beer and wine is sold, including some local varieties.
