Lotus + Cleaver is the new Chinese fast casual restaurant from Partner Erika Chou and executive chef Doron Wong of Rivers and Hills Hospitality, the team behind popular Thai restaurant Wayla and the newly opened Japanese-Italian concept Kimika. Lotus + Cleaver offers a menu that highlights a mix of traditional and modern Chinese flavors featuring locally sourced ingredients in curated and make-your-own bowls, fresh salads, and seasonal market sides. Lotus + Co is located inside the JACX&CO food hall in Long Island City.
