The Upper East Side has a new dumpling shop. But don't expect plain old pork dumplings. Mahjong is serving up dumplings with names like "Spanish Breakfast" made with chorizo, poached egg and hollondaise sauce, and the "Run Forrest" with laughing bird shrimp, lemongrass ginger and red chili. Or enjoy a batch made with crispy light Maryland crab with a light mustard aioli. You'll also find noodle dishes, sake and several beers on tap.
