Mustard goes vogue at Maille, an upscale shop complete with its own sommelier espousing the joys of dijon. Aside from selling its specialty mustards by the jar, Maille, which dates back to 1747, also dispenses it via taps like draft beer. Flavors include basil and white wine, morel mushroom and Chablis, fig and coriander, and sun-dried tomato. Samples are available for tasting with prices starting at $7 for a 3.8 oz. jar.
