Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Sichuan province, Mala Hot Pot is bringing an authentic and modern hot pot experience to the heart of New York City.
Co-founder Kevin Chen, formerly of the Michelin Bib-Gourmand recognized Tang Hotpot, along with Executive Chef Yi Bin Yang, a Sichuan native with over 15 years of hot pot expertise, have curated a menu that highlights the bold flavors and quality ingredients characteristic of Sichuan cooking.
Mala Hot Pot stands out with its commitment to authenticity and quality. Diners can expect a menu featuring premium cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and locally sourced produce.
