Marky’s Caviar, which specializes in the sale of beluga and sturgeon caviar (in many cases farm-raised), now has a location on the Upper East Side for buying and tasting. Marky’s is offering 21 species of caviar, including Siberian Sturgeon, Hackleback, Flying Fish Tobiko and Lobster Roe. The caviar is also available packaged or as gift sets. Other delicacies like duck foie gras, Italian black and white truffles, cheeses and Spanish ham can also be found.
