Memphis Seoul BBQ with a Korean Kick is being offered this Fall at Urbanspace in the Garment District. We tried the Seoul Sammy, six ounces of pulled pork with Korean BBQ sauce, kimchi coleslaw and pickles on a toasted and brioche bun. It’s an outstanding sandwich. It's also available as a smaller, slider version and bowl with fried egg and rice. Other offerings include Ramen ‘n Cheese, Sesame Pickles and Strawberry Lemonade. The stand is run by a former sports writer from Texas turned entrepreneur. Memphis Seoul can be found at Urbanspace Garment District through Oct 6, 2018.
