Mexicue is taking its roadshow to Midtown. This food truck operator opening its newest brick-and-mortar location in Times Square. The spot on 40th Street is equipped with a full bar (that makes an excellent margarita), ample seating and lots of rock and roll. Start with "Guac and Chips" or some green chili queso nachos. There are rice bowls, including one with burnt ends from the brisket, and overstuffed buns, like smoky carnitas sandwiched between two large slices of corn bread and topped with pickled tomatillos. Burritos, tacos and homemade sides, like green chili mac and cheese, are also available. Service was quick and friendly. Judging by the crowds, it's already becoming an after work destination. - Thomas Rafael
