Mokum, from the Yiddish word adopted globally to mean “place” or “safe haven,” welcomes guests to the Upper West Side with internationally-inspired, intentionally-sourced, health conscious food. Deeply rooted in the community, Mokum is the first U.S. project from Chef Benjamin Vaschetti, whose all-day menu honors its farm-to-table origins by showcasing local, seasonal and meticulously sourced ingredients.
