Mokum, from the Yiddish word adopted globally to mean “place” or “safe haven,” welcomes guests to the Upper West Side with internationally-inspired, intentionally-sourced, health conscious food. Deeply rooted in the community, Mokum is the first U.S. project from Chef Benjamin Vaschetti, whose all-day menu honors its farm-to-table origins by showcasing local, seasonal and meticulously sourced ingredients. Mokum is a full-service gathering space that seeks to nourish both mind and body, serving neighbors from early until late with mindfully prepared food, artisanal products, and an expertly curated wine and cocktail program.
