Chef David Chang's Momofuku Nishi has revamped its menu to make the focus more Italian. Gone - is the Momofuku Noodle Bar. In - are charcoal colored leather booths and banquettes. The goal is to provide a comfy space for Chef Joshua Pinsky's new menu which include dishes like Sourdough Foccaccia with garlic and anchovies; Striped Bass Carpaccio with castelvetrano olives and lemon; and Chicken Liver Agnolotti with brown butter. There are classics like Lobster Fra Diavolo alongside Beef Tenderloin with fried sunchokes, and the Impossible Burger now topped with smoked gouda, truffle mayo and pickles. Along with the new menu comes an expanded wine list, a fresh assortment of cocktails, and desserts like Olive Oil Cake with an orange crème anglaise. Mangia Momofuku style! See more
