Murray's Cheese Shop is now offering Murray's Mac & Cheese on the corner of Bleecker Street and Leroy Street in the West Village. The cafe, with table and counter seating, allows diners to build their own mac-and-cheese meals. It starts with a base macaroni - squat little radiator-shaped pastas called radiatori, that can hold onto the cheese.  Diners then add on their favorite cheeses, meats, vegetables and sauces. Several signature Macs are offered including Classic (with 3 cheeses), Buffalo Chicken, Carbonara and French Onion. The bowls come in four sizes ranging from "snack" to "family mac" with an option of adding a soup or salad.
