Natura Cafe, a new all-day cafe, is now open at the Dream Hotel in Chelsea. The California-style cafe is part of Tao Group's entry in the fast-casual dining scene.  Look for a relaxed vibe with reclaimed wood, large windows and white-washed tables as the restaurant transforms from a daytime cafe into a relaxed dinner destination. Chefs John Villa and Brad Warner have created a menu with signature dishes like toasts, including one topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, burrata, extra vergin olive oil on Sullivan Street Bakery whole wheat sourdough bread. There are salads with Tuscan Kale, sunflower seeds, raisins, radishes and pistachios. The Cafe Burger comes with choice of cheese on a potato bun with shoestring potatoes, while Grilled Skirt Steak is served with chimichurri and a gem lettuce salad. Breakfast options are also available along coffee drinks from La Colombe and soft-serve custard.
