Lovers of wine will love Niche Niche, Ariel Arce's new project devoted to wine connoisseurs. Every night, different members of the wine community from around the world will curate tastings for a 25-seat "dinner party." There are two seatings nightly at 6pm and 8pm. Chef Zach Fabian serves up a family-style menu designed to pair up with different pours. The price is $40 for the wine tasting + $40 for the food pairing. Reservations can be made in advance, while a small number of seats are available for walk-ins. Guest hosts include Champagne producer Adrien Dhondt; master sommelier and owner of Verve wines, Dustin Wilson; Jhonel Faelnar of Atomix; and Athena the Hungarian wine evangelist.
