Details: Digging into a bowl of hand-pulled noodles is a great way to dine out. At Noodle Culture, at Gansevroot Market, the noodles are served up several ways. Scallion Soy Mixed Noodles get a sunny side up egg on top, while Tan Tan Noodles offer a mix of peanuts, sesame paste, pickles and cabbage. Another version gets minced pork, cucumber and carrot. The noodles arrived al dente with a nice chew. Noodle Culture is also serving up house-made steamed and pan-fried dumplings, along with Peking Duck buns and scallion pancakes.
