The team behind Upside Pizza is now serving up slices at Norm's Pizza, a slice shop located at 345 Adams Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The pies are made with house-milled flour and topped with carefully-sourced ingredients. There's a traditional Cheese Pie with Norm's signature sauce, Pecorino Romano and shredded mozzarella, Pepperoni with Ezzo Supreme pepperoni, White Pie with garlic, Frankie’s 457 Oro di Sicilia Green Gold EVOO, fresh mozzarella, lemon zest-ricotta & grana, finished with housemade basil oil & fresh parsley; Vodka Pie with housemade vodka sauce (made with a Calabrian chili paste), fresh mozzarella, shreeded motz & grana; and Margherita with signature sauce, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, grana, Sicilian oregano, basil & finished with housemade basil oil. All of the pizzas are cooked in a triple-decker PizzaMaster oven for that classic New York-style taste.
