Nykkei in Hell’s Kitchen in serving up traditional Izakaya and small plates. Look for dishes like Crab Tostada with crispy nori , cucumber avocado, and puffed rice. Peekytoe Crab finds its way into a Crab and Lobster Miso with lobster broth, silky tofu and scallion. Grilled dishes, called Robata, feature spicy Pig Jowl, Wagyu Short Rib, Lamb Belly and Spot Prawn with sea salt. Noodle dishes range from Sweet & Spicy Pork to Uni Noodle. The restaurant is also offering a nice selection of Japanese beers and wine. There’s gelato for dessert.
