Details:

Old Xi'an Delicacy is serving up hand-pulled noodles at this bright and airy spot in the Financial District. The space is adorned with murals resembling a Chinese village along with ornate screens and tables with Asian influences. The restaurant uses the term "hand-ripped" for its noodles which are wide, flat and tasty. They are found in everything from dry dishes to noodle soups. Think Spicy Cumin Lamb, Spicy & Tingly Beef, and Stewed Pork. Old Xi'an Delicacy is also offering burgers made with stewed meats served on flat buns. Cucumber salad, pork soup dumplings and several cold noodle dishes are also available. We tried the stewed pork "ripped-noodle" soup which was excellent. If you love hot and spicy, this place is for you.
