Osteria Carolina has a new location in Tribeca offering the flavors of Northern Italy. For the summer, guests can take advantage of a special Truffle Menu where black Burgundy truffles are added to the top of each dish ranging from hand-cut Piedmontese beef tartare to Barolo braised beef cheeks with potato puree.
